Rise In's 36-hour in-person hackathon, presented by Stellar, at Grand Pera in Beyoğlu, Istanbul, on 19 to 20 September 2026. Two tracks: the Genesis Track (open to builders who want to start from scratch) and the Scale Track (invite-only, for teams already beyond the first prototype stage). $15,000 prize pool. The Stellar team reviewed every submission on the hackathon criteria and each project's quality and progress, shortlisted teams from each track, and only the shortlisted teams presented live to the jury. Rise In's recap (30 September) counts 153 participants and 85 projects (Genesis 98 and 53, Scale 55 and 32). Winners: in Genesis, Pera Wallet, Plink, StellarCard and Payper, first to fourth; in Scale, Pacta, Koul and Mono, first to third.
