Trustline unlocks institutional onchain finance. Hacks like Bybit on Ethereum and Drift on Solana are an urgent reminder that blockchain works, but isn't yet safe to use even for native users. Trustline is offering the missing security and insurance layer for institutional adoption. Since 2025, stablecoin adoption has enabled institutions to manage wallets and hold digital assets. They now seek institutional-grade yield. At the same time, proven onchain lending and trading protocols want institutional users, but their permissionless design and the $4B lost to fraud and hacks in 2025 remain major barriers. Trustline bridges this gap. It adds institutional access controls, stronger security standards, and smart contract insurance to any protocol. This helps onchain services offer a best-in-class approach to security and client fund protection, with insurance coverage if unforeseen events occur. Trustline supports asset managers and hedge funds, RWA issuers, and intermediaries or brokers matching institutional trading and lending flows. We've build a first live protected vault for algorithmic trading hedge fund on Hyperliquid, and this grant will support Trustline’s implementation on Stellar and Soroban, opening Stellar-based onchain services with institutional investors as NAV products.

For Yield is building one of the first French MiCA-regulated DeFi yield products on Stellar. PSCA dossier filed with AMF April 2026, agrement targeted October 2026. EP simplifie license (ACPR L.522-11-1 CMF) filed in parallel; dual-licence setup unique in France. 50 HNW clients, ~€7-8M AUM. Why Stellar wins: 1 Regulated EU access layer Soroban DeFi lacks, routing EU capital into Blend v2, Aquarius, Soroswap via DeFindex (all on SCF Integration List). 2 EURC-first: deposits, fees, redemptions in EURC, driving Circle's Stellar adoption (aligned with SDF's 2026 EU push). 3 €25M Y1 to €100M Y3 of regulated EU capital (AMF-validated plan, profitable Y1 in every stress scenario). 4 Three open-source Soroban primitives (YieldVault, Performance Fee Module, EURC SAC wrapper) any EU operator can fork. 5 Built on 7 SCF Integration List components (DeFindex, Blend v2, Aquarius, Soroswap, Allbridge, DFNS, Stellar Wallets Kit), no new dependency. Distribution Day 1: 35,000+ subscribers via Crypto & Macro (Saturnin Paulet's Swiss media) and signed LOIs with French wealth managers (May 2026).

Facilitator-side x402 Bazaar discovery layer for Stellar: a hosted public index where agents advertise paid APIs, search them in plain language, and settle in one HTTP round trip. Live on testnet (x402 v2, spec-conformant discovery/search API) with real settled testnet payments; by Sextant's builder (Builder Summit SP 26).

PG Atlas is the objective, transparent metrics backbone for the SCF Public Goods Maintenance program. Its primary role is to shift public goods funding decisions from noisy, subjective signals to verifiable, data-driven insights by quantifying adoption, criticality, reliability, security/quality, and decentralization (risk) across open-source tools, libraries, explorers, RPC infrastructure, SDKs, and other foundational components in the Stellar/Soroban ecosystem. By providing a live dependency graph, transitive impact scoring, pony factor analysis, and an active subgraph projection, PG Atlas directly powers the Metric Gate in the proposed funding decision stack and supplies off-chain context for NQG-weighted voting in the community-led Public Goods decentralization pilot.

Jumpa is an automated payment platform designed to make cross-border transactions simple, fast, and accessible for users in emerging markets. Today, payments across regions like Africa, Francophone countries, and Southeast Asia are often slow, expensive, and difficult to use. Many people are excluded from modern financial systems due to lack of smartphones, language barriers, or complex banking interfaces. Jumpa solves this by enabling users to send and receive money seamlessly without needing a bank account or advanced devices. Through chat-based interfaces and USSD, Beyond payment, Jumpa also (partnered with companies) provides stable yield by letting users invest small amounts in tokenized real-world assets like commercial paper, offering more predictable returns than traditional DeFi (Aave) models. By combining accessible payments with real-world asset-backed investments, Jumpa helps users not only move money but also preserve and grow their wealth, especially in regions facing inflation and currency devaluation.

The team previously built and scaled the XOXNO DeFi platform on MultiversX since 2021, serving 100,000+ users and processing $40M in on-chain marketplace volume.

Tokenized RWAs, such as funds, T-Bills or private credit products, are difficult to trade on traditional DEXs because they are regulated, fragmented and often include redemption periods. This lack of instant liquidity limits their use in DeFi, especially for lending market liquidations, margin calls or fast exits from a RWA into a stablecoin. Octarine solves this problem through RFQ-based auctions. When a user or protocol needs liquidity, selected liquidity providers compete to offer the best executable price. The winning LP takes the asset, waits for its redemption period and earns a premium, while the user receives immediate liquidity. Octarine can also accept bids from third-party protocols and structure dedicated liquidity facilities, increasing available depth and price quality without leaving capital idle. On Stellar, Octarine aims to deploy this liquidity layer for tokenized assets and enable faster and deeper secondary RWA markets.

The Stellar CLI is the official command-line tool for Stellar/Soroban developers. `stellar keys generate <name> --fund` generates a keypair and funds it with test XLM via Friendbot (the testnet faucet, ~10,000 XLM) — the fastest way to fund a testnet account. It also deploys and invokes contracts, starts local testnets, and manages keys, accounts, and XDR.
