MoneyGram Access (MoneyGram Ramps) is a fiat on- and off-ramp anchor on Stellar. Via the SEP-24 standard, users deposit and withdraw cash to and from USDC at ~500K retail locations across 170+ cash-out countries, with no bank account required. In June 2026 MoneyGram launched MGUSD, a self-custodial USD stablecoin issued by Bridge on Stellar.
