Balance will add institutional-grade custody and payment infrastructure for Stellar assets. The project will enable regulated financial institutions, fintechs, funds, and enterprises to securely hold XLM and Stellar-issued assets, create and manage wallets, enforce transaction policies, and move assets through Balance’s API and institutional interface.
