Users lock collateral (XLM and Etherfuse tokenized bonds like the USTRY US Treasury token and CETES Mexican T-bills) in smart-contract vaults to borrow over-collateralized stablecoins such as oUSD. A money-market primitive for minting stable liquidity against crypto and tokenized RWA collateral.
