Stellar Lab (Laboratory, lab.stellar.org) is the SDF's official web-based developer toolkit for the Stellar network. Its Account / Create Account tool funds new testnet (and futurenet) accounts with test XLM directly via the Friendbot faucet, no CLI needed. Also builds, signs, simulates and submits transactions, calls Horizon/RPC endpoints, and decodes XDR. A getting-started-on-testnet staple.
