YieldBlox is a DAO-managed money-market protocol on Stellar, built on the Blend Protocol with Soroban governance for lending and borrowing digital assets. In February 2026 one of its Blend lending pools was drained of roughly $10.8M via oracle manipulation: an attacker inflated an illiquid USTRY market on the Stellar DEX (the Reflector oracle source) to borrow out the pool's reserves. Root cause was a pool-operator oracle misconfiguration, not a Blend core flaw; ~$7.2M was frozen by Stellar validators.
