Bluechip is an independent, stablecoin rating agency. Our SMIDGE framework is the first publicly available, factor-based risk model for rating stablecoin safety. We score six factors (Stability, Management, Implementation, Decentralization, Governance, and Externals) and assign letter-grade ratings (from A+ to F). These factors cover what actually matters for stablecoins: reserve composition, redemption rights, smart contract risk, and more. All ratings are publicly available on our website, alongside our rating framework.

Hubble

Hubble is SDF's open-source, read-only BigQuery data warehouse providing a complete historical record of the Stellar network for large-scale analytics. Powered by the stellar-etl pipeline, it extracts and transforms ledger, transaction, operation, and event data into BigQuery for SQL querying, aggregation, and network-trend analysis.

PG Atlas

PG Atlas is the objective, transparent metrics backbone for the SCF Public Goods Maintenance program. Its primary role is to shift public goods funding decisions from noisy, subjective signals to verifiable, data-driven insights by quantifying adoption, criticality, reliability, security/quality, and decentralization (risk) across open-source tools, libraries, explorers, RPC infrastructure, SDKs, and other foundational components in the Stellar/Soroban ecosystem. By providing a live dependency graph, transitive impact scoring, pony factor analysis, and an active subgraph projection, PG Atlas directly powers the Metric Gate in the proposed funding decision stack and supplies off-chain context for NQG-weighted voting in the community-led Public Goods decentralization pilot.

Orion

A unified, semantic API that computes and serves a user's total DeFi exposure across major Soroban protocols. The service ingests protocol state (Blend, Aquarius, Soroswap, FxDAO), normalizes positions into financial primitives (deposits, borrows, LP exposure, debt, yields), computes derived metrics (net exposure, health factor, risk signals), and provides real-time and historical position data via a performant REST interface. Orion enables wallets, dashboards, analytics tools, and risk engines to build consistent, accurate DeFi user experiences without reimplementing protocol logic.
