OpenXSwitch is a Lagos financial-infrastructure-as-a-service platform offering wallet-as-a-service, a trading/swap API, and stablecoin/smart-account infra for African fintechs; its SCF pitch added Stellar interchain and gasless APIs.

SAFU is an audited stake-backed wallet-drain insurance protocol (deposit to earn yield plus automated payout coverage) on Ethereum, funded by SCF #44 to launch community pools on Stellar.

Trustline unlocks institutional onchain finance. Hacks like Bybit on Ethereum and Drift on Solana are an urgent reminder that blockchain works, but isn't yet safe to use even for native users. Trustline is offering the missing security and insurance layer for institutional adoption. Since 2025, stablecoin adoption has enabled institutions to manage wallets and hold digital assets. They now seek institutional-grade yield. At the same time, proven onchain lending and trading protocols want institutional users, but their permissionless design and the $4B lost to fraud and hacks in 2025 remain major barriers. Trustline bridges this gap. It adds institutional access controls, stronger security standards, and smart contract insurance to any protocol. This helps onchain services offer a best-in-class approach to security and client fund protection, with insurance coverage if unforeseen events occur. Trustline supports asset managers and hedge funds, RWA issuers, and intermediaries or brokers matching institutional trading and lending flows. We've build a first live protected vault for algorithmic trading hedge fund on Hyperliquid, and this grant will support Trustline’s implementation on Stellar and Soroban, opening Stellar-based onchain services with institutional investors as NAV products.

Pending transaction storage and multisig signature aggregator for Stellar Network. Stores unsigned or partially-signed transactions and coordinates multiple signers to meet signing thresholds, with auto-submit and callback support. Useful for escrow, derivatives, P2P lending, and other multisig-based workflows on Stellar.

Stellar Quickstart is an official SDF Docker image that runs a complete local Stellar development environment, bundling Stellar Core, Horizon, and RPC in local, testnet, and futurenet modes. It includes a Friendbot faucet at :8000/friendbot to fund new testnet or local accounts with test XLM, letting builders develop against a private network or testnet without external services. It is integrated with the Stellar CLI for starting and stopping containers.

GetBlock is a node-as-a-service provider offering managed Stellar RPC node endpoints, including shared and dedicated nodes with archive support on mainnet. It lets builders launch a production-ready Stellar/Soroban RPC endpoint to read ledger data and submit transactions without self-hosting. Listed on the official developers.stellar.org RPC providers page.

WalletConnect is the open connection protocol the Stellar Wallets Kit uses to link web dApps to mobile wallets (e.g. LOBSTR) via QR code or deeplink. It is not a wallet itself but a natively supported Stellar Wallets Kit module for bridging mobile Stellar wallets to browser-based applications.

Circle's Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP), live on Stellar since May 2026. Moves native USDC between Stellar and 23+ chains (Ethereum, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism) via a 1:1 burn-and-mint model rather than wrapped or locked assets, settling in seconds. CCTP is bridging INFRASTRUCTURE, not a user-facing bridge: there is no Circle-hosted bridge app — builders integrate it (and pass execution metadata via Hooks), and end-users move USDC through bridges built on it, e.g. Rozo's Intent Bridge on Stellar.

WarpDrive is a high-security execution framework that brings verifiable off-chain automation to the Stellar ecosystem. It integrates the proven WAVS execution model — a WASM runtime backed by Eigenlayer AVS operator set — with Stellar and Soroban. WarpDrive allows external services, bots, and demanding workloads such as cross-chain orchestration, custom oracles, and GPU-level computation to run with the same trust guarantees as on-chain logic. Use cases include prediction markets powered by custom oracles, automated treasury and trading strategies, and EVM bridge connectivity.

A software development house specialising in blockchain, DeFi, and AWS cloud. Active in the Stellar and Soroban ecosystem, Rumble Fish built a Soroban-first block explorer and a Prices API for the network, and is also the creator of the Deva Wallet.

A white-label fintech platform — the 'Shopify for fintech' — that enables founders to build, launch, and scale compliant financial apps without building from scratch. Built on Stellar, it provides modular ledger, user management, payments, currency conversion, and wallet infrastructure so early-stage fintechs, marketplaces, and anchors can go to market in weeks rather than months.

Wallet infrastructure platform providing low-level APIs for onboarding, authentication, and asset management. Privy powers 120M+ accounts with embedded wallets and multi-chain support — including Stellar Tier 2 — enabling developers to build seamless onchain payment and user management experiences.

Nethermind is a leading blockchain research and software engineering company building core infrastructure for decentralized systems. On Stellar, Nethermind delivers ZK infrastructure including Stellar Private Payments (SPP) — a privacy-preserving payment protocol — a Stellar ↔ Wormhole cross-chain bridge, and a RISC Zero ZK verifier.

Nectar Network is a generalized automation and liquidation layer for Soroban DeFi. Any protocol can register time-sensitive on-chain tasks — liquidations, auto-compounding, oracle updates, rebalancing — executed reliably by keepers competing for rewards. Supports Blend liquidations, FxDAO CDPs, DeFindex rebalancing, and oracle refreshes. Open-sourced as public-good infrastructure for the entire Stellar ecosystem.

Onchain distribution infrastructure used by 250+ companies including Circle, PayPal, and Coinbase to send yield, dividends, and rewards onchain.

We believe every community leader and company will become a fintech, every transaction will be a financial product, and that real financial inclusion requires localized, customized, impactful solutions built bottoms-up and self-propelled in monetization. CryptoMate is the platform that makes this possible: a stack on which emerging fintechs, community leaders, entrepreneurs, and SMEs launch, run, and monetize their own financial services. This grant funds a focused new service any of those clients can offer their users on day one: a person walks into any MoneyGram, deposits cash, and within minutes a virtual VISA card is push-provisioned into their Apple Pay or Google Wallet. Underneath, the cash settles as USDC on Stellar via MoneyGram Ramps. The user never sees a wallet address, never holds a stablecoin, never learns what a blockchain is. They just get a card. The target: the 1.4 billion unbanked adults globally — and the cash-economy users in LATAM and African corridors where MoneyGram has dense coverage and CryptoMate's clients already operate.
