For Yield is building one of the first French MiCA-regulated DeFi yield products on Stellar. PSCA dossier filed with AMF April 2026, agrement targeted October 2026. EP simplifie license (ACPR L.522-11-1 CMF) filed in parallel; dual-licence setup unique in France. 50 HNW clients, ~€7-8M AUM. Why Stellar wins: 1 Regulated EU access layer Soroban DeFi lacks, routing EU capital into Blend v2, Aquarius, Soroswap via DeFindex (all on SCF Integration List). 2 EURC-first: deposits, fees, redemptions in EURC, driving Circle's Stellar adoption (aligned with SDF's 2026 EU push). 3 €25M Y1 to €100M Y3 of regulated EU capital (AMF-validated plan, profitable Y1 in every stress scenario). 4 Three open-source Soroban primitives (YieldVault, Performance Fee Module, EURC SAC wrapper) any EU operator can fork. 5 Built on 7 SCF Integration List components (DeFindex, Blend v2, Aquarius, Soroswap, Allbridge, DFNS, Stellar Wallets Kit), no new dependency. Distribution Day 1: 35,000+ subscribers via Crypto & Macro (Saturnin Paulet's Swiss media) and signed LOIs with French wealth managers (May 2026).

A Liquity v2-style CDP protocol on Stellar lets users mint ☆USD (placeholder), a decentralized overcollateralized stablecoin, using XLM and other blue-chip assets as collateral. For borrowers, it offers fixed-rate, open-term USD credit. Rates are set by the user or via interest rate managers; they can be changed anytime. If a rate is too low, positions can be redeemed using collateral value, with no loss to the borrower. Historically, this model delivers cheaper fixed rates than dynamic-rate markets, Morpho-style fixed-rate orderbooks, and rate swaps, without repayment deadlines. For yield seekers, returns come from borrower interest and liquidation gains. The Stability Pool earns a share of interest and buys collateral at a discount during liquidations. DEX LPs earn interest share, trading fees, and incentives. For Stellar, this unlocks yield on XLM by enabling carry trades by borrowing ☆USD and deploying into Stability/DEX pools, making idle XLM productive. ☆USD acts as native liquidity for future lending, trading use cases, and scalable collateral expansion.

TroqPay helps Brazilian merchants sell locally, receive in USD and pay globally. Merchants can accept Pix online or in person through payment links, API, checkout, and POS, while managing payments, balances, digital-dollar access, and AI-assisted merchant analytics in one platform. For this SCF build, we want to bring Stellar into TroqPay’s merchant flow as the digital-dollar balance layer. We plan to use Privy for embedded wallet onboarding and DeFindex as an optional non-custodial savings/yield module for merchants who choose to hold digital dollars.
